With 30 plus years of manufacturing experience, HF Rubber Rollers continued success is based on putting customers first, continuous improvement, and delivering a superior product. Based in Hebei, China, Mr Bai started HF Rubber Rollers over 20 years ago to meet the needs of his client base which were seeking a high quality roller at a great price.
We are able to manufacture a variety of different rollers for multiple industries. We have the equipment to manufacture harden steel rollers. Typically we can produce rollers with a minimum length of 3” (100 mm), maximum length of 256” (6500 mm), and a maximum diameter of 100” (2500 mm). Contact us if you have a roller that falls outside of this specs.

We select NBR, Butadiene-styrene, NR, Neoprene, UV, EPDM, silicon, FKM, polyurethane, rubber, plastic alloy and various synthetic rubbers to ensure the roller is abrasion resistant, high temperature resistant, solvent resistant, has a high tenacity, high elasticity, is shock resistant, and ametabolic which prolongs the lifetime of the roller.

In the warehouse we keep large stocks and saw material with automatic machines to length. This ensures shorter lead times for our customers.

High end production machines CNC lathes and grinding machines produce the high volume cores and rollers where as the conventional machines ensure the flexibility of making prototypes or small series in a quick and efficient way.

We control all aspects of the production process and monitor order status via large digital displays in our factory, visible to all employees anytime, anywhere. Our factory operates 6 days a week and has the capacity to add additional shifts if demand increases.

A fully automated autoclave vulcanizes the rubber in a controlled way. High end balancing machines can balance to almost any customer specification.

The shipping department is a carefully managed operation. We pack in wooden boxes or steel constructions, and transport by vessel, aircraft, train or truck to any location in the world.
Our team
International Sales Manager
James M
James has lived and worked in Asia for 10+ years. He is fluent in Mandarin and leads our international sales team. He is the main point of communication between our international customers and our factory in China. This ensures easy communication and reduces headaches of time differences and discrepancies due to translation.
James graduated from the University of Minnesota MBA Program. He regularly travels between China, Europe and the US.

Sabrina Zhang
Sabrina has specialized in the grinding and wood working machine spare parts industry for 15 years. She has a deep knowledge of various roller applications and manufacturing processes. She provides customer support for purchase orders, billing and logistics. She frequently travels between China and the US.

Bai Shenjiu
Mr. Bai started working in roller manufacturing over 30 years ago. He established his own factory in 1999. He hast spent the last 25 years selecting the best suppliers, purchasing manufacturing equipment, continuously improving the manufacturing process of his rollers and most importantly listened to his customers. Mr Bai is based in Hebei, China and regularly host foreign clients and attends exhibitions.
